We are incredibly proud of the way that we have responded to the challenges of recent months. Our online shabbat services  are wonderfully led and whilst they are definitely not the same as being in person, still provide our attendees with tefilot that are meaningful and beautiful. We are confident that our online High Holy Day (HHD) services will be of the quality that you have come to expect and enjoy.

 

This year many Jewish people in Cape Town, and around the world, will not be able to attend shul or watch services online owing to halachic restrictions. We urge you all to speak to people you know who might be affected by this and offer them the opportunity to join us online. Just ask them to get in touch with Eric Beswick, our Executive Director, via email executive-director@templeisrael.co.za  to register. Please also ask any people who are challenged by Zoom or Facebook  technology to get in touch for assistance.
